HKS Hi-Power Vs. HKS sport exhaust

So I know this is a pretty played out topic but i used the search function and found some info about the sport exhaust but not much about the Hi-Power. My initial aspirations were to turbo the car but I'm leaning more toward just keeping it NA. Anyway i was wondering if the down piping was bigger on the Hi-power, hks says they are both 60mm down piping.

I've had the HKS sport, and it best fits a stock or mildly tuned 16v imo. It isn't even close to 60 mm - the pipe actually necks down to less than 50 mm where it bolts up to the cat. It also isn't a straight through muffler (muffler inlet and outlet are offset from one another).
