levin wiring question

is the function of the larger levin corner light similar to the clear kouki trueno bumper light? in other words is it a "turning light"?
also according to the diagram below, are the wires labeled LEFT LIGHT and RIGHT LIGHT the turning lights?

Yes the kouki Levin has a cornering light similar to a kouki Trueno.
