Daily driver for past 3.5 years. Will be sharing the garage with my new BRZ until sold.
123k on Chassis
Clean Title
Zero rust

AE101 8.9:1 4AGZE on USDM engine management. 7K miles since swap.
Pulls noticeably harder than the USDM one; very tractable.
Grunt box set to activate at 90% throttle (10 PSI pulley doesn't really need it)
Replaced:
All seals
All coolant system hoses, water pump, & Tstat
Timing and accessory belts
Oil cooler lines
Starter
Alternator
Plugs, wires, cap, rotor, coil
Fuel Pump
Fuel Filter
O2 sensor
Injectors cleaned at Witch Hunter
Ducted fan under stock intercooler
New OEM muffler
Needs valve lash adjustment (I have some spare shims, but haven't gotten to it.)
No EGR
CA 91 octane gives light pinging unless octane selector on low.
Drips a little oil from pax side. IMO not enough to chase down.

Japanese transmission (Open diff, 15k miles since swap)
Replaced:
Clutch: stock Toyota
Master and slave clutch cylinders.
All CV joints
Transmission started to make faint input shaft bearing noise 500 miles ago when gear oil changed. Immediately switched to Redline Heavy Shockproof Gear oil, which seems to have eliminated it. Shifts notchy when cold, great when hot; no pop out.

Replaced:
Dampers (Tokico non adjustable front, Koni yellows in the rear)
All wheel bearings (Timken),
Strut tops (Toyota)
All 4 ball joints (Moog)
All tie rod ends (Moog)
Twos R Us rear tie rods
Urethane bushings all around
Suspension Techniques adjustable anti sways
Recent alignment (-1.0* all around)
Zero clunks; handles great especially considering inexpensive tires and stock springs
Minor wheel vibration at freeway speeds unless you use Michelins or other $$ tire

Braided steel brake lines (Goodrich)
Rebuilt all brake calipers
Replaced brake master cylinder
Fresh Stoptech pads all around
Replaced E brake cables

Rims came with the car, I think they're Rotas? Include hub centering rings
205/50/15 tires; rear 90%, front 70%

NRG deep dish steering wheel
New T top seals (still occasionally drips where side window meets T top)
Tinted T top glass
Sony Head unit w/ ipod integration and Bazooka 8" sub
SC bypass switch
Air horns (enough to startle people cutting you off)
Boost gauge
Engine bay cover strut
Removable cup holder (fits large coffees & sodas perfectly)
Power windows converted to manual
No AC
No radio antenna
Remote trunk release inop
Seats from an 85-86

When on Falken 512s:
1 Track event At Streets of Willow (135.4 CCW)
18 laps at Adam's Motorsports Park (48.9)

Average 24 MPG in mixed driving
Very reliable; I drive it daily to work, where it is imperative I am there on time (I'm a pilot).
Stock springs give reasonable ride for commuting, but it is loud, even with the stock exhaust.
