FYI: The extra wires coming from the battery are for the push start. The previous owner had a vaporlock on the car and after it was removed the car would sometimes not start with the key. Starter was replaced and clutch switch is good so I am not sure what is causing the gremlin. I haven't had any problems starting the car with the key for the past few months.
