I am aiming for max hp @ 8400rpm (have a 9000 redline) and max torque @ 5500rpm; I have all the goodies to run any kind of cam. Which do you think will meet these requirements the best? I am not interested in any other cam brands.
I have tried to contact Catcams about this but don't get anything useful from them.

Which Catcams for 16v 4age
Re: Which Catcams for 16v 4age
duration @ 0.1mm - @ 1.0mm - valve lift at TDC
7105149 - 278°/268° - 246°/238° - 11.15mm/10.70mm - 2.95mm/2.45mm - tarmac rally - race
7105150 - 287°/278° - 256°/246° - 11.65mm/11.15mm - 3.65mm/3.15mm - tarmac rally - race
7105151 - 294°/287° - 262°/256° - 12.05mm/11.65mm - 4.30mm/3.85mm - full race
Thinking xxxx151 is too aggressive and the lift scares me a little(?)

Big valves? I'd run a "custom" mix... 2 of their 268/238 durations 10.7mm lift cams. I'm not one who typically likes running mixed durations.
Peak HP should be around 8500-8800, if you want to have peak earlier, I'd go with a pair of the 260/230 10.25mm cams.... OR thinking about it a bit you can run the mixed pair(268/260) and the redline should be about 8300-8600

What sort of lift does your cylinder head start running out of flow at, and what CFM figures if you're aware of them? Also what compression ratio has the engine been built to? Without all this info and more we're all really just guessing.

@Jimmee1990
My head is flowing 190CFM @ 9mm lift and 20inch water with std valves. Current CR is 11.5 so I hope this can be increased to 12 by shaving the head.
