The yellowish hose looks like an air hose. So I'm gonna say it is an air jack.
[i just saw the '$' symbol. I'd guess this jack could be between $999 & $9,999]
Let's take a look at oreillys and autozone and ebay.

If you plan to only do oil changes buy that one.
If you want to do more, buy a two post lift with plenty of space.

Any pic of the two post lift?
Re: What kind of jack is this?
So hydraulic or pneumatic scissor jack?
Re: What kind of jack is this?
Looks a lot like one of these....
Texo Platform scissor lift
3000 Kg capacity hydraulic scissor lift, Platform length 1530mm but with
extendable platform which can go to 2100mm. Recess in floor making this
lift ideal where space is at a premium when in the lowered position it is
flush with floor with no post or platforms to cause any obstruction.
Cheers... jondee86

Re: What kind of jack is this?
The mid-rise lift like the one pictured arent that much cheaper (if at all) than a 2 post lift. The difference is where you can install them. A 2 post life requires a deeper concrete pad than most home garages have to be safely installed and used. A midrise lift sits on the floor not requiring to be anchored to the concrete.
A lot of enthusiasts use a mid rise lift to do standard garage work like suspension, fluids, brakes etc...
They are hydraulic lifts operated off of 220VAC wall power:

If you've got 250 euros, go ahead and buy them. I'll stick to my bottle jack and stands.

Dude this is awesome... But how stable is this? I wouldn't mind having this at home in the garage.

Re: What kind of jack is this?
Looks like a pretty cool product. But it only handles up to 3500lbs so a lot of sedans (mine included) are too heavy. Damn!
