Large Port ≠ high comp.
You got yourself a low comp there my friend high comps are small ports.

Thanks for the e-mails and calls yesterday, guys. As I mentioned, the engine comes with a 1 year warranty from the builder! Let's get this sold before Christmas!

Sorry for this stupid question. Been having problems finding a smog hook up on my Corolla. I honestly dont know much about the 4ag motors. Will this motor pass smog? Im getting tired of trying to smog my AE86 with SR20 swap. Thinking about going back to stock. So I can drive my car again.

Thanks for the emails and inquiries.

This is a direct drop in and will pass visual and smog as long as you have all of your smog equipment installed. I have the same setup in my coupe and recently passed the new Star Smog tests.

The engine is located in zip code 91406, Van Nuys, CA.

How is this type of engine setup? U say you have it on your coupe...is it pretty good? If I get it I'll b adding toda 288 w/ 10.5 lift ...underbucket shims n mikuni 44...I'd just like a nice street setup to have fun with

The hicomp bottom is a vast improvement and the engine response is very noticeable. Your set up is NOT good for street as the 44 Mikunis are too large and your choice in cams is too aggressive. You won't get the bottom end response and useable power at the low end that you need for street use and will be a dog to drive, trust me on this. For street, I strongly recommend you go with 40mm Webber carbs and less aggressive cams, around 262 w/8mm lift like HKS, Toda Poncams, Web, or Colt.

Your set up, with my hicomp engine, is better suited for track use where top end response and power matters more. You won't have any fun on the streets with the set up you called out as it will most likely bog off the start, unless you rev it really, really high, which will probably burn your clutch.
