The engine harness and interior harness are different, especially at some of the connectors such as dizzy and ecu, you will need the harnesses if your planning on doing a clean swap over to the 90-91 smallport 4ag.

anyway u could give me an idea where to find these harnesses and what im looking for online?

You can run a smallport on LP electronics. You might sacrifice a couple HP but nothing too significant.
I would not waste my time wiring from LP to SP for the minimal gains you would see.
Option b is to rebuild your motor with some cams and high comp pistons. You won't gain a ton of power but would make more than a stock SP. The real benefit here is that you have a new rebuilt motor that should go another 200k miles.

The largeport is the earliest generation of the 4A. It is the motor that comes in AW11s, AE86s and the like.
The smallport was introduced in the early 90s. The head design was different and they replaced the TVIS manifold with a simple 4 runner mani.
Your motor should be a largeport. The motor you asked about would be a smallport.
Re: 4age engine swap 88 to 90-91
The smallport also has a knock sensor that the bigport doesn't have. This isn't possible without swapping out the wiring & ECU so I'd suggest you do that also.

That's a lot of wiring just for a knock sensor. If you are pushing things a knock sensor is vital but if you are throwing in a SP and willing to run premium I would not say it would be worth the effort to run the SP ECU.
