AE86 HKS Sport Exhaust

Hi everyone, i just got my HKS Sport installed on my ae86. Found out the muffler not in striaght shape, is it the normal or it bented?

It looks bent just a tad. Did you buy this used or new?

Bought it used, on my old ae86 before I got the same problem with the HKS sport, but they are the different one.

check it with the car on he ground

It is the same thing when the car on the ground, I think it was bent by the pervious owner if it's not the original shape.

You should be able to adjust the exhaust by loosening the bolts that hold it to the midsection and header, adjusting it, then retightening them. Worst case you can bend the hanger that supports the muffler just a little bit.

Took the muffler off today, it's so firm. I have no ideas to make it back to straight, end up put it back on

The muffler definitely looks a little tweaked in the first pic. The tail pipe should also line up with the center of the cutout on the bumper

yea it tweaked, and it doesn't line up the cut out of the bumper too, looks so ugly!
