Those do look like good quality. Clevite is a good brand as far as I know (and made in the USA, surprising).
I also have a set of non-OEM, "OEM-spec" smallport pistons. Their quality looks decent, enough that I planned to send them out to be coated before I changed my mind to doing a 7A-GTE.

Can anyone verify the CC of those pistons please?
Cheers
Does it change if they are oversize 0.040?

JE piston measured a std bore Toyota high comp piston and told me it was +0.25cc, I ASSUME the aftermarket are similar. I did not measure them. A high quality aftermarket producer of stock type pistons SHOULD adjust the crown LOWER as bore increases... but I seriously doubt any of these pistons were adjusted for bore

That's odd because another thread on here shows the piston dome volumes in a table and that comes out as 2.1cc - i'm guessing it's not right?

Sorry, I'm asking for the standard OEM 10.3 piston CC not the 9.4:1

Re: Future Build Components
I've found a smallport head and I am looking to buy it.
What differences i.e. components will I need if I swap it over?
Fuel rail?
Water pump?
Cooling pipes?
Anything else?
Cheers

Save me importing...some chaps on AE86org may have one, so hold fire on rummaging.

Re: Future Build Components
I'm now going to install a small port cylinder head to mix things up even more.
Will obviously use a small port fuel rail and even trying to get a hold of an inlet manifold.
