I am preparing for an SR20 swap as well and I had some questions about the swap kit you used. It looks like you went with the JSP kit is that correct? Aside from having to cut the trans tunnel did you have to do anything else to fit the motor and trans aside from bolting in the kit? And it looks like you used poly motor mounts, what type did you use?

trans tunnel is not cut at all, jsp kit does not require cutting of the body.
mounts are poly, i would advise against them if you are going to daily the car at all.

I was referrring to the shifter hole with my question which now that I think about it that was poor word choice on my part.

I have been reading up on the conversion threads that are out there and in the one where the wrench pro kit is discussed someone mentioned a lot of extra work required to make the JSP kit work but aside from cutting the shifter hole and doing a custom exhaust I am not sure what stuff people are talking about.

And I don't plan on daily driving the car but I do want to make it comfortable to drive, so I appreciate the info on the poly mounts.

other than a a lil goofin around after, i haven't really gotten to stretch its legs, on the way to the dyno, my front wheel bearing started to fail, so i had to limp it home.

the third wheel acts as a skirt, if i ever get around to making a shift boot, it'll tuck nicely in there

probably got cancer today.

anyone that has seen my car up close knows that the paint had crazy cracks in it from a combination of hot sun and the paint being laid on too thick.
the roof and doors were the worst, that is no longer a problem

all of the fiberglass panels are ready for primer, chassis still needs a bunch of work.

Yep. Greenville, SC... It's...interesting :|. At least all the roads are windy and I'm near the mountain passes.

Did you get that strut bar installed? I grabbed the steel 2 point version a while back before t3 had them. It's stark white :|, but legit - no flexing this thing by hand on car (unlike the others I've had).
