my 86 wont start

hey guys im having a problem with my 86 gts
it not turning on at all the car is getting fuel and it has spark in all 4 cylinders but its not a lot of spark
i was wondering if you guys can help me figure out the problem that i am having with my 86

check the usual culprits.
Battery, Grounds, Download the manual in my sig, cap and rotor, coil, coil lead. pretty much everything from the battery to the spark plugs.

check if distributor cap is loose. Check wiring connecting to plugs and from battery.

Have you looked at the spark from the coil lead? Pull coil lead from dizzy, place close(1/2", 13mm) to ground and crank it a bit. Should have a nice fat blue/white spark.

I would try your spark plugs first and also blow some air into the cylinder evaporate all that gas in there. I am sure the car maybe flooded. Double check your timing also make sure the timing belt hasn't skipped.
Mine had issues starting when my distributor cap was flooded with oil.
