Tires rub fender during cornering. What to do?

When I take a corner, my front tires rub the fender.
Previous owner states I have Tokico shocks with unknown blue springs.
Currently running 16in XXR 513s with 195/45 Yokohama S.Drives
I have no idea how good/bad/cheap my suspension, wheels, and tires are.
Should I raise the car? Get lower profile tires? Stiffer suspension?
I like to do spirited driving, and heel-toe at any given corner.

Install some camber plates to adjust camber to negative, some slight fender rolling/pulling, and cutting the tabs off the front bumper and ziptie the bumper to the fender. An alignment would help too
16 is a little big for the corolla, 15 inchers with a bit of stretch will be helpful

I have 16x8's on the front of my car Adjustable coilovers and RCAs. and i barely get any rub on mine, its just on left turns if i lock the steering wheel and hit a bump lol. I used to have NCRCA's and I rubbed bad on everything.

Don't get skinnier tires if you like spirited driving. Like VitriumGTS said, get camberplates and roll the fenders.
I'm running 15x8 with 195/50, -2,5° camber and rolled lips, doesn't rub even when i'm driving on shitty roads.

If you want better handling, running smaller wheels would also help. The car has a lot of unsprung weight, so anything you can do to reduce that is a good thing.

I wouldn't adjust the camber just for rubbing prevention purposes. Set your suspension the way it drives best to you, then make the car fit the tires/wheels by baseball bat or if you're patient modify the inner fender lip.
