to tell you the truth that car was probably lowwered at one point previous to you owning it. that is a cheap trick to fix the axle position when you cut or install drop springs. your springs in your pics dont look stock either plus if the previous owner hit the pass side the panhard bar wouldnt have bent like that since the panhard mounts to the chassis on the pass side and to the axle on the drivers side. a new panhard would be all you need to fix axle position the 4 links are used for pinion angle

I recommend installing it with the car on the ground and the suspension loaded, but have a jack handy under the diff. to make lining up both mounting points easier. I started by adjusting the bar to stock length off the car then installed it. Next I shortened the bar a little using a wrench on the turnbuckle adjuster until it's loose enough to turn with just my fingers (when the turnbuckle becomes easy to turn that indicates the rear is close to center). Then fix the bars length at the middle of the adjusters 'loose' range. Finally get an alignment.

Sounds just like what ive done in the past, hit curb on driver side, bent panhard bar, and bent axle. IIRC weir can straighten the axle out!
