Zenki bumper problems...Probably an everything problem

So if you see in the my build log my AE86 was drifted into a rock and it messed up the Bumper support on the left side. Well I got a Zenki bumper for it and I had a local body shop re bend it back in place and from the looks of it they did a perfect job. The bumper wont line up with the quarter panels though and it seem the right light if I send it down will catch on the bumper...So how do I fix this...If I can.
