What manufacturer & model? The 14 & 15 are the only numbers that are accurate between all manufacturers, few of all their different models/types will size identically.
Lookup their tire data site or PDF for the diameter & revolutions per mile/kilometer if you wanna know for sure.

For a rough idea, use willtheyfit.com. It gives you the difference of the diameters between sizes. How accurate? Probably just very rough given every tire manufacturer and models vary in spec. Just use the site to give you an idea of where things are, but as mentioned above, its best to get the tire specs straight from the manufacturer.

195/60/14=589.6mm
195/50/15=576mm
195/55/15=595.5mm
