Hey everyone! I have finally finished a GTSR5 swap and everything runs well minus this. The harnesses are all from different year, so I am sure this is related to my problem. But everything dash related (cluster, flashers, hvac controls, etc), will only get power and function if the headlights are on in the full up position. More fun facts are, I do not have a low beam option, but high beam seams to work fine. And at the same time, I was popping fuses for the cluster ilum, but now the cluster doesn't light at all and the fuse is good. I heard what sounded like a short somewhere behind the cluster and it hasn't lit since.

I am sure this whole thing is related. Can someone provide me with guidance as to how to fix this and get things working properly?
