After installing my new brake setup (rotors, pads, brake lines, speedbleeders) I noticed with the car off, the brake pedal was firm and would not go to the floor. Since the booster was not getting vacuum, I figured that was the problem. Today, I had the car running and tried, yet I still have the same problem. Did my brake booster go out(and randomly at that)? When I was bleeding the brakes, the pedal would go to the floor fine.
