securing honduh d17 cops..

Postby BryceWSJ » Fri Jun 07, 2013 6:03 pm

forgive if this has been asked, i've tried searching everywhere and couldn't really find out how people did this. i have d17 cops and i'm trying to find out how people secure them down? i have a BT. i don't know if they all do, but mine have springs in them, and when i push them down on the spark plugs, they just pop back out lol. again, sorry if this has been covered, i couldn't find it anywhere!

I could probably make you a spark plug valley cover the right height with mounting nuts welded into it if you wanted. I would need one COP in order to fab around it.

I turned the heads of the bolts down in a lathe, you can see they are making the plate stick up. If you need bolt heads turned down real thin, PM me. I know you said ASAP but...

Hey morgan, would you be interested in making me one of those plates? I'll pay you for your time obviously.
