Hi guys. So i have a 1986 corolla gts (stock 4age bigport i think) and its running a bit funny (car kinda bogs at half throttle, doesnt start right away when cold and kinda looses power above 6k). I recently had the engine rebuilt and the guy didnt do a great job putting everything back together. I went to another mechanic and they believe the problem is the vaccum lines for the coolant sensor (at the throttle body) and some other line thats not connected. Does anyone have any write ups on how and where these lines should be connected? Do u guys agree that this is the cause of my problems?

What's the compression?
Get a factory manual for all the vacuum hose routing & names of stuff- what it is & where it goes.
No coolant sensor on the TB, with or without vacuum lines, only the coolant controlled idle valve that raises the idle with an air passage until the coolant heats up & closes it off..
