that is all you need. the big round thing bolts to the afm and the filter bolts to the outside of that here is a pic of it installed

as for the second one you have listed you dont need to spend 60 bux on that. you can get the same adapter from autozone for 10 bux then just throw on the filter of your liking and your set.
