Mind the "tofuness" of my question...

I might buy one if I can make it work in my car, but I don't know if the bracket is even available in the USDM harness or where to install it.

Some old car has them almost the same sounds but I'm not sure which cars, if you can find which car has it then just go to junk yard look for the car. My gf's Acura TSX has the dingdong sound when you forget to take the key out.

Where did you get your chime? is it he JDM AE86 one? I think it can be done i think..

I haven't bought it yet, I'm about to...

I GOT A BIT OF NEW INFO!

I just bought the JDM chime and checked the part number in the system.



I have attached the graph with the part number (86640) in case anybody knows or recalls a loose bracket/plug/connection around there (behind the heater controls in the lower graph) that might fit the chime on our USDM cars.

I want to do this to my 86 as well..cause that 1980's eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee' chime is mentally effecting me big time! Please post results..thank you!
