I am 5' 6" and my head hits the headliner. This is my first 86. Is there a seat height adjustment or am I missing something?

I'm 6'2", and it's fine for me. There's a seat angle adjust (the round knob). Maybe your seat is up on some ridiculous spacers?

Do you have a stock seat or after market?

i'm 6' or 6'1" and fit just fine and I had a sunroof. I didnt even hit the headliner with a helmet on.

Most of the reclining after market seats will place you higher than stock with off the shelf base mounts/rails. I've got a recaro spg with nams low down rails and it's a couple inches lower than stock with the bucket in the lowest position.

Its the stock seat. The guy I bought it from was like 5' 3" so the height was probably good for him. I'll take the seat out and look for spacers or something, but I swear it I put my hood on or wear a hat it touches the headliner.
