Hi, My brake lights do not work.. the stop fuse 15amp keep on blowing. Everytime I step on the brakes, it explodes

- Here are some things I have tested, I have tested the brake light switch for continuity and there is continuity (with wire plug off sensor)
- I removed yellow plug on kick panel fuse box and tried stepping on brakes (it didn't explode)
- I tested with new bulbs (checked continuity also)
- I removed the lights in the back all unplugged in the trunk and it still explodes.

No clue what it could be... Please help. I only found 1986 diagram but it's hard for me to read and it's not a kouki, but zenki. please help
