My car doesnt have the adjuster lever to pull the steering column down or up. Does anyone know where to find the part / have the part / or know an alternative part that can be installed here? Let me know. Thank you!

The way it is written sounds like you have an adjustable column but the lever is missing?

there are cars without the adjustment. i found out when i bought an interior piece for under the column, and there was no slot for the lever. is there a slot? i imagine it wouldnt lock without the lever.

Looks like the whole column, also not sure how the rhd lhd columns vary. Can probably call and ask for a photo.
Or on the off chance mine is totaled now (thanks, tree

) can see about either nabbing it before it's taken or buying the car back to strip for parts. Wasnt hit hard, but a fender/door/windshield might be enough on a car that black books for less than what it's worth in scrap weight.
