oem lsd problem! help!

Postby colingchambers93 » Mon Feb 11, 2013 3:09 pm

hey guys im having a pretty big problem with my differential at the moment wanted some opinions on what it could be. ok so after i did a burnout it started to clunk(almost slip) when i let on and off the gas. and also when i go around corners the clunking continues through the corner and sometimes going straight. the noise is coming out of the rear diff housing and is strongest around the axles. and also its not acting as a limited slip anymore. and guesses?

As HASport said or the differential..I wouldn't drive it if I were you. Drain the diff oil..the drain plug is magnetized, & hope there's no chunks of metal stuck to it.
