you will need to bench bleed it before you install it.

You then need to bleed it at the calipers at each wheel..There's a good possibility that air is trapped in the system further down..find a buddy to help you out

Yes I know how to bleed brakes- but for some strange reason I am not building any pressure at the pedal .. Could it be anything else ?

It was meant for your posted problem..not at your abilities.

Maybe my similar experience will be of some help to you,,or maybe not. When I replaced my master cly 6 yrs ago, my rear calipers were replaced aswell with ones I rebuilt from my other GTS..I encountered the same "pedal to floor after bleeding" senario..I then did the rear park brake adjustment at the calipers (there was a writeup about this in the old forum), it somewhat improved my brake pedal pressure. Not sure how it increased it,but It did..
Hope it all works out for you..Just another 86er tryin to help out!

Thanks for the help .. I'm thinking it might be the distribution block - that's the only thing that I haven't checked out yet .. Might be clogged or w.e.

Are you absolutely sure none of your calipers are leaking? Or if you have an SR5, the drum cylinder?

Also, you should be bleeding the wheel farthest from the Master Cyl first (distance measured by length of hard line), and then go in order of decreasing distance.
