sup guys
i have an ae86 gts and i recently sold the 4age/ecu/ wiring harness
it is an original gts and i am currently looking for a new swap.i am looking to install an sr20det and was wondering if i need the original gts harness or if i can use the sr20det harness and ecu.
im guessing that i do need the ae86 harness if someone can please help clarify

I would u will only need the oem gts 4ag engine harness for the plug connector if you plan on using some of the 4ag exterior parts like alternator and ps and ac etc.... Other wise u use the what ever engine u swaping harness and mod both wire into one......

You should be fine. The main thing is to keep some of the wiring for interfacing with the ae86 tachometer, oil pressure, coolant temp.

Other than that, you'll be using the sr20 wiring.
