Postby hachi-6 D0ri » Tue Feb 17, 2015 12:55 pm

I have No idea Where this 4 pin plug go's

Image

Is this for the break sensor. If so I can't find the plug for it on the harness

Image

I have No idea Why this is bridged. I was thinking this is the clutch safty switch.

I'm pretty sure the plug is for rear defroster. Did the zenki and kouki models come with different plugs on the switch.

Thanks for the help. Car was a gift fro. A friend. Incomplete so I'm working kind of in the dark from Where he left off

Are those all on the driver's side? I'll check this week and try to get back to you if someone else doesn't beat me to it.
In the meantime check the wiring diagram: http://files.aeu86.org/manuals/ewd-ae86 ... parrot.pdf

Sorry about not getting back to you. Is your car zenki or kouki? Also, is the wiring SR5 or GT-S?
They share a lot of similarities, but there are a few spots where they are completely different.

Story is I got gifted the car from a friend. It's a gts but the under dash harness was toasted. So he bought a new under dash and started installation and did not complete it. So I got handed a bit of a Mickey mouse unfinished job. I'm not sure if the harness is kouki or zenki. If I remember correctly the kouki harnesses Where wrapped with strips of yellow tape . If that is the case then I do believe the under dash is a kouki while the chassis is a zenki model. Again this is speculation
