baking my front brakes

I race AE86 coupe and recently put on new OEM rotors, and Hawk blue race pads like I have for yrs. I did one event (and won) but next event (see MCSCC.org) and the front brakes are dragging. Forgot to mention, just replaced right side front caliper with a rebuilt one. I cracked open each bleeder valve at rest, and there is no pressure, brake fld. just drips out. master cylider about 2 yrs old. took apart each to check pads and they are moving freely. almost feels like caliper piston in both wheels are not returning or sticking? I check piston and they move,
at both wheels would almost think master cylinder but?..............

From memory I think that you can get this kind of problem if the pistons in
the brake master cylinder are not able to fully retract when you take your foot
off the pedal. They need to return fully to uncover some little hole that allows
brake fluid to go back into the reservoir.

Likely causes are brake pedal has no freeplay at rest; pedal return spring
broken or too weak to lift pedal. or return port in master blocked. And even
more from memory, I think that if the brake booster pushrod is not correctly
adjusted, it can also cause a brake dragging problem.
