I hate giving this response but Search it. Google is your friend. There are a Bunch of swap right ups out there. I just finished a BT swap on my 86 and I did enough research to figure it out on my own.
Tweaked can do a harness for you. His harness is pretty much plug and play. you will also need a GTS Belhousing since your going into a SR5.

Lots of research before you start on the swap!!!!
