motor oil viscosity for 4ac

what's up guys! i'm just wanting to find out from all club4ag- 4ac pips what viscosity engine oil you use. also, what brand you think is the best for your mini 4ac engine? cali 4ac users with a special mention. thanks!

How many Miles are on it? I used Rotilla 'diesel truck' 15-40 in my 4/7ac and also in my 4ag. Its a good, affordable oil with good anti wear additives and lots of detergents to clean out that old engine. It also comes in 10-30 if you have less than 150k on the car. If the oil pressure is low in the dead heat of summer run a 20-50. NO 0-20 NO 5-20!!! NO FRAM OR K&N oil FILTERS! Just use a toyota one or a Motorcraft Fl1-A for more capacity.
