Rear GTS Brake Calipers-Recommendations needed

My rear calipers are shot on my gts.
Toyota only offes remanufactured ones for 150-180+ cores. Yes that is a Piece.
I'll be calling and net searching around but if anyone knows of a good source or brand I'm interested.
Prefferebly OE manufacrured in Japan. China/Mexico made Toyota products...

Any recommendations appreciated. Alternative calipers from a diff Toyota fit? None available at local wrecking yards.

May end up going this route but still interested in options.
Preffer to keep stock but the ma45 conversion seems simple enough.
Ma45 setup, besides the regulator to rear is it advised to go full adjustable f&r? Thanks.
