OK diagnosing this car has been a pita because Tweak'd eliminated the COR and has two standard relays wired in place of them and is not willing to give a wiring diagram to me to try and decipher what they did.
I have fuel pump constantly, no prime just on Car runs with key in crank, dies when you stop cranking.
What I'm looking for is what voltage and where should be at which ecu pins. I have this:

To add closure to this one, thanks to Jondee86 and his link to the fuel pump wiring I was able to diagnose my my Tweak'd harness. It ended up being the relays being wired incorrectly. I switched the terminal positions and now it runs like a champ!
