There are a thousand a one things that could be wrong and if doing a diagnostic test as per the manual and posting the results on here is beyond your capability then you should waste no time, yours or ours, in taking the car to someone who can fix it for you.

Where would the Camshaft Position Sensor be located at?

If you have a GTS the camshaft sensor is inside the base of the
distributor. There should be one 4-tooth wheel which is the crank
angle sensor, and one 1-tooth wheel on top which is the reset or
cam sensor. Like this...

The pickups are the black bits with wires coming out of them.

I don't know if you can buy the pickups separately... probably not unless
you could find a place that rebuilds distributors. But you could swap the part
from another dissy if you picked up the exact same dissy from a junkyard.

If you do that you need to set the gap between the tip of the teeth on the
wheel and the face of the sensor. Use feeler gauges... the gap should be
0.2 to 0.4mm (0.008 to 0.016").

Ok so I read my engine it marked that my camshafted position sensor was bad so I bought a new distributor and I marked where the timing was set at before I took it off I put the new one same way and I put it in and I use a timing gun and it marked it wrong but the thing was I cant find my Diagnostic port to put the ecu in safty mode. I looked it up and it show a black box but I tryed looking for it on my car and that black box wasn't there

Read this first to make sure you have the dissy installed right...
AE86 16V - Installing Distributor - DIY

If you can't find the diagnostic box (late model AE86) or the round yellow
two-pin diagnostic plug (early model AE86)... don't worry :) You can still
time the engine near enough.

Step 1. Mark the timing notch on the rear rim of the crank pulley with some
white paint, Tip-Ex or similar. Put a dab of paint on the 15 degree mark on the
scale embossed onto the lower timing belt cover.

Step 2. Get the engine idling at 850-900rpm. You can adjust the idle speed
by turning the air screw that is down the tube on the side of the throttlebody.

Step 3. Hook up your timing light to the #1 spark plug lead, and shine the light
down towards the timing marks. Loosen up the bolts holding the dissy and twist
the dissy forward and back a little. See which way the mark on the pulley moves.

Step 4. Move the pulley mark until it is a little to the left of the 15 deg mark,
around 16-17 deg is good. Tighten up the bolts... job done :)
