Header installed, everything fits as expected and no clearance problems, which is good compared to many other headers where you have to hammer the engine bay a little bit to make it fit. Just going to get a heat shield for my Master Cylinder and all will be good to go.

The rest of the exhaust will come this saturday.

Could you explain a bit more in depth on how you made your first intake manifold? I'm in the process of putting a bike carbed 4age myself but I just cant get the port size and shape right... It never seems to be wide enough, is that head a bigport?

^ I just took a intake manifold gasket (the one the goes against the head not meant to fit the manifold ) found the area of that and ordered pipe where the outer diameter fit that and the inner diameter fit the area of the carburetors.

You wouldn't happen to still have your old manifold would you?

Yup, I'm still using it actually. I have ordered my new carburetors but there has been a little mix up so I'm still waiting on those. I should be getting a call tomorrow about the set I ordered, if the guy doesn't have them i have to shell out the money for bran new ones.

Looks awesome. Can you post a pic of the carbs with the throttles open looking through the carbs and intake mani?

New carbs are the shizzle!

Now the problem, I have exceeded the main jet sizes for the OEM equivalent jets. I have to use true Mikuni main jets which are twice as expensive.

Sweet man. I just got me a set also. So how do they sound and do you have a video of it running. Cant wait to get mines up and going now. Also, how much did it cost you to fab up your own manifold
