Need help! F22 swap folks!!
Engine- 2005 f22 ap2
Wiring harness - done by dan from swangbiz
Immobilizer’s bypassed.
Fuel pump - walbro gca 311
Engine only cranks but does not start. Seems like
My ecu is not sending the signal to the injectors to
Activate.
I have checked the following:
1. Main harness ground behind engine block ✔️
2. Engine block to chassis ground. ✔️
3. Fuel pressure holding @ 50psi, have fuel going through
the lines and to the rail. ✔️
4. 12v on all injector connectors when ignition is on✔️
5. Checked continuity between injector connectors to
Ecu plug, got 2.0 ohms on all of them.✔️
6. Installed new injectors and checked for pulse
using noid light but failed.✖️
7. Replaced crank and cam sensors still no luck✖️
8. Swapped ecu, still no luck✖️
9. Going to pull the valve cover and check the timing.
Hope this one will fix the starting issue.

try spraying something into the intake to see if it will start even just for a second. I don't know these engines at all but that will at least tell you whether or not it is fuel related and you can work from there. I know some engines are finicky about MAF sensors and o2 sensors. How is your situation with those?

Make sure you have a good GROUND (-), this happened to me on a 7M-GTE swap in my Mk2 Supra.

Car starts when spraying starting fluid and dies right away.
Tripled check my grounds and they are all good.

Does the fuel pump prime with the key on?

Question for you! What harnesses did you send to swangbiz and how much did it roughly cost? Did you start with an SR5?
