That thing is in really rough shape ... but they said that they need it gone by the 17th of February, so you might be able to "just take care of it" for them shortly before the 17th.

Tell them you will take it off their hands free of charge. Then part it out and buy a complete running car. Hell I have room for it but I wouldn't waste the money.
