Really brought the chassis to life.

Stock blacktop or did you do anything to it?

It's got 100mm trumpets on AE101 throttles. Running on a megasquirt 3. There's a lot of fun in store for it, and the next one.

The next 4A-G going in. Important things like school and school have slowed things down, but I'm in no hurry. I've been posting about it here: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=26

Ah, I see. Have you done anything new that you haven't felt like posting?

As I have yet to pick my car up, I am not really sure what exactly I'll do performance-wise.
So I will say the Levin front clip, and Enkei Apache II's I plan on installing.

Other things have taken priority; school, school, FSAE car, F-class shooting, cameras, the 20v swap, track day, autocross, school, tuning the MS3.
I guess everything other than building that engine.

i would have to agree that the first modification on the AE86 should be Suspension.

it makes a world of a difference.

so my favorite mod im planning for is lds and shorter rear

How did it get stolen?

well i had my rolling shell behind the shop i work at and the scrap guy for the neighboring shop thought it was including in the scrap they had him haul off so it wasnt REALLY stolen after all, but for several months i thought it was intentionally stolen without permission.

i had the surveillance video on youtube for a while but i took it down when everything got sorted out. the guy felt really bad and offered to make payments to pay me back but i declined. the guy was poor and probably got 20 bucks for it maybe less.

ironic thing is the only reason i was keeping it on the unsecure side of the fence (though hidden between my car and a wood fence) was because the other side of the fence was the scrap section lol.

oh and yoshimitsuspeed, i meant lds. gonna get a hat for my corolla from 'lids' at the mall lol damn autocorrect

Get a pair of ae92 side skirts at the junkyard and hack them to fit on my ae86.

Best bang for buck list:
-Weir 4.77 final drive w/ solid spacer (for $350 your AE86 will love you and hate freeways)
-T3 shifter bushing kit (for $30 go from limp to Peter North)
-Tomei Poncams (for $500 these bumpsticks are worth every penny in 16v or 20v, you'll scream their name in bed after the install it's that nice)
-MFactory T50 5th gear ($350 is the price of rejoining the fast lane with a 4.7 final)
-NST steering rack spacer ($65 gives you more angle than a protractor)
SwangBiz Corolla Chassis Parts and F20/F22C/4AGE Wiring Services
(we build stuff, I solder wires, we race corollas, then we get drunk)

Stainless brake lines and clutch line. It's easy and makes the brake/clutch feel a lot better.
New polyurethane bushings also made the car feel a lot better, but those are not nearly as easy to install as brake/clutch lines.

I know they aren't the most exciting mods, but they're inexpensive, and both make the car feel better. 8-)
