Bought a sr5 with a 1.6 in it, differently a whole new feeling from fuel injection.

Just looking to see what should I know and look for besides objects in front of me.

My carb has no filter/hat, does it matter much?

Yeah that is there to funnel air into the carb while keeping animals and dirt out of the engine.
