About the links,
I think this might be a browser problem. If you're using Firefox then you can Right-Click the link and choose "Open Link in New Tab".
I have a problem with private messaging. Are 10 posts needed before I can use the private message function?

Private Messaging works for me now. Do we have to request for this feature to work? Because it wasn't working earlier, did a Mod enable this feature for me just now?

They prob did..pm usage wasn't functional unless we all had more than 10 posts in. mayb that's all changed now.

http://www.archive.org which is the "Internet Archive" aka The WayBack Machine.
Search for "forums.club4ag.com" on that site, and look for the last date they have an image of. You can open that image (it takes some time, be patient) and then open any thread from the forum which is in that image. Cut, paste, copy, as you will, then please do repost that as a new thread here.
There's no simple or automatic way to do this and no practical way for "the forum" to do this in order to recover all of the old threads, because it simply takes time and has to be done manually.
But yes, anyone can do this. What do they say, about a thousand hands making the work lighter?

Is there an option to enable an email link for members? PM does not seem to always get to the person, and an email link within the forum would be another method to contact users for their sale items or anything else.

can a bbcode be added that will allow for resizing of pics? iv tried all the obvious and cant get pics to resize. I ask this cuz i often use pics found from other sources and just wrap them in img brackets. it beats copying it to my computer then logging on to photobucket uploading it to photobucket then finding it in my library then resizing it then copying the code then pasting it. i would much rather just right click properties for the pic and copy the url then wrap them in img brackets and specify a pic size in the img brackets.

*I'm still not use to the layout of phpBB Forum. So please bare for the lack of me. It is still new to me.
*The Default settings are up to Moto or as is.
*I think lots of people on Forums don't understand what MODS can do vs ADMIN. The basic is to modified existing threads such as delete, edit, and to move.
ADMINS can do pretty much can control the initial settings of all forum software.
*I do know you can modified settings for E-mail notice when someone PM you. That is up to the user.
*as in direct E-mail contact. That I don't know because I always used forum as a middle man to send notice to my E-mail account.
Besides, no one wants that spam to know your E-mail or what not.

Rumor has it that there's a post count requirement before being able to use this function. Thing is nobody knows what the post count requirement is(if it is true)
Could be more than 10. Could be 20. Who knows.
Try getting your post count to 11 and give it another shot.
*and just to add, any messages you see in your Outbox folder are messages that haven't been read by the recipient. Once read, it will go to your Sent folder

One of my for sale threads randomly disappeared. No message from any moderators.
Also another "problem". I see there there are moderators moving WTB threads to the correct section, so obviously it is being monitored, but no one cares that one member has 8 threads on the first page of Parts and Accessories.

I really don't know how Hotmail classifieds Club4AG email responses.
But like all e-mails they usually go to INBOX or SPAM folder.
I suggest you go to the Spam folder to check if it's there.

maybe its just me or something but for some reason whenever I write on a board, it then says that I wrote the topic of discussion. ive received several emails from people regarding parts that I don't have, but am looking into getting. idk if its a standard op or if its just a glitch.. any ways thought id post about it.

Hi..how do i get my old user account back? Been a while since i have been active so clicked on "forgot password". Was sent an activation link, however the only place the link takes me to is the sign in page with no way to reset a password.Just keeps taking me into a sign in circle. I re-registered using a different username & email, however have only limited access to certain features. Would really like my old account back as i have some posts with pics listed .Access to features would help too. Could my account have been deleted? Still see some of my old posts so am a little confused. Would appreciate help....Thanks

When I go to open the Cars For Sale section, it displays a blank page with the text "pageok". This may just be temporary.
Edit: It appears that it is for every section that is in the For Sale section.
Edit 2: The sections that don't do it are Wheels + Suspension, WTB, and FT86.

^I've had this problem in the past and it fixed itself. Now I'm getting it when clicking on most of the classifieds sub forums. Oddly the wheels.. and wtb sections still work.
I use google chrome. I just tried internet explorer and a few more of the links work, but not all.

You, sir, are awesome. I just updated Java as well and refreshed the For Sale section and now the pesky pageok is gone.
