definitely not stock. As far as the actual manufacturer of the other rim, no idea. Maybe someone else can chime in.

I think they are GOTTI.
Try google "GOTTI" and you will find very similar looking wheels.
Back in the days, there were so many replicas (fake) as well...

back in da day i had a set of those exact 13x7 with pirelli 175/50-13s on my TE turbo corolla
still have 3 of em knocking around here somewhere (broke one sliding into a curb). Gold instead of black
i think the plastic black center cap said "eagle - spirit of america" or somethin like that
