Any ''ORIGINAL" AE86 owners on Club4AG????

I happen to be an "ORIGINAL" owner and a NOOB to this forum. The AE86 will always be a special car in the family and betting that it will be passed on from generations to come. My 7 year old daughter already vouched for it, because her 2 older brothers expressed no interest in it. I'm sure my boys will regret their decision...........Hahahaha.

I Daily Drive my AE86 Hatch 108 miles a day, 5 days a week. Runs like a top. Hopefully, in 3 years I can restore it to its Glory Days. Oh, it's Stock/OEM - "unmolested"........BTW!!!!!

So.........if you are an "ORIGINAL" owner, please share a story or two.

I have other cars to switch it up a bit.......of course. The AE86 was garaged for a bit as well. Currently 242,306.3 miles on the odometer (90% highway miles).

My AE86 is "dent and ding" free!!!!!!

Bought the pink one new from the dealership in March '85.
Sold it to a good home last xmas. Figured one was enough to look after

Proud owner standing by his car back in '86 waiting to make a
run in a street sprint event. Car would post times about halfway
up a mixed field of 50 road, modified road, race and rally cars.
Good enough for a stock standard "shopping basket" so never
got round to modifying it. Sold it in near enough standard spec
with a bit over 50,000 miles on it.
