Could I swap a 16v Valve cover with a 20v Valve cover?

Sorry for the noob question. Was looking around and I see nothing about this type of question asked. I could just be bad at searching.

Dam... Ok Thank you. I noticed they looked different before by just looking at them. But I Wanted to ask anyway because not all thing that look different on the outside does not mean they are different on the inside

There is a very noticeable clearance of the 16V head vs the 20V heads as well at just different heads in general on the 4AG Block.
It's just not going to happen. Such a difference in technology and layout of the head.
