Video- 4AG well represented @ 2014 Rally of Whangarei NZ

Hey everyone!

Im fortunate enough to be here in Whangarei New Zealand where last weekend the city hosted an international rally! This was not a WRC event this year so the crowds and competition were relatively small, but I was ecstatic to see that there were so many 4AGE engines competing. Apparently 4AG FWD toyotas are favored for "gravel work" over B series type civics, while those civics are of course more successful on tarmac.

Here are all the cars I managed to capture. There is an AE111 Levin which is the second car in the video, an AE82 FX, AW11 MR2, and of course an AE86 Levin. The AE82 FX unfortunately dropped out relatively early, and I think there was one other Corolla that didn't make it to my first viewpoint at all (which I arrived at late.) There was also an FT86 running twin carbs for some reason that dropped out early. Of course there are tons of other amazing cars I caught like an RX3, super fast FC RX7, a bunch of old hybrid Subarus and a bunch of old BDA powered Ford Escorts!

Also, I found a factory 20v powered AE100 wagon! The Carolla BZ-Touring. Im actually not sure how late a model this is.
When I made this video I had been sure that I wanted to do another wagon project (I eviscerated my AE92) , but now I think I'm going to put my 20v into a junkyard FX hatch and get into Rallycross ASAP.
