1. S2000 seats in an AE86?
2. AW11 or FX16?

I have the budget for it, and since I had to nix the second project car idea for something insane due to budgetary constraints, I was debating seeing about having a K series mated to a W58 and sticking it inside of the AE86.

I think that the AW11 would be the better choice.
I just wonder how much abuse that poor hapless tranny can take.

Honestly though I do miss the handling on the AW11 hugs corners like crazy!
So iIF I had another chance to own one, I'd pick the AW11again over the FX in a heartbeat!

id say s2k seats, besides seats are seats just like wheels are wheels. the aw11 or fx16 would cost money and then more money to make them up to date. i love both the aw11 and fx16, but i would choose the aw11 over the fx too. however i know the fx has good potential and in the hands of a good tuner can be quite competent.

I just don't enjoy FWD any more so the only way I would consider owning an FX16 is if I converted it to AWD. I do think that would be a wicked fun little car AWD though :o

Yeah it would be fun made into front wheel drive.

What other good ITB systems are there on the market besides the Toda one?
I just got off the wire with the folks that are going to be building my engine.

If anyone has a large port head right now that is in great shape that would be outstanding.

AW11 with a 5s or 3s would be massively entertaining.

I think Bill did a 5s setup and was loving it for endurance racing. I had a non-turbo MK2 and it was a great setup. Not fast, but a fun car. knock a few hundred pounds off with the AW11 and it'd be a fun toy - not to mention dirt cheap if you find someone swapping a turbo setup.
