• WTB AE86 hatch release cable

Anybody got a spare hatch release cable so I can pop my hatch from the driver's seat? Otherwise I have to crawl back there and pop it by hand since my Seibon hatch doesn't have the key lock installed.

No I don't think so since Toyota has a different part number for the hatch and trunk release cables.

Sorry couldn't help but have you thought about installing a remote keyless entry to pop your hatch latch, they are around $50

I hadn't considered that but I'm opposed to it. This thing doesn't even have windshield wipers, I can't be having high tech remote popping mechanisms. If anything I'll install some exterior latches since I already have hood pins. I'm hoping to avoid drilling more holes in the car though.
