I was on here some years ago when I was swapping my 84 sr5 4ac to a 4age. Thanks for all the great advice and help. I use that car for daily use and scca solo racing. Now I'm restoring a 73 celica.
But--- I also have an 87 sr5 coupe automatic that is in cherry condition. All original, even the paint. I need a transmission overdrive solenoid for it. I found listings on at rock auto, napa, and on e-bay. But the solenoids they show don't look like the one I need. Anyone know who might have a parts like that for corollas? I think the part# is 85420-12050. I know on the celica forums there are some guys who have access to some old parts. Hoping have the same here.
