Posting a budget of $7000 is a start but it would probably help if you describe what kind of car you're looking for- all original or full-on drift car, etc. I have a GTS in Northwest Ohio but don't know if it will match what you're looking for.

Gts coupe posted at 4k, rebuilt engine under 200mi, all new suspension-brakes.
Gts coupe and sr5 hatch. Custom paint option. Your posted budget would leave you with 3k towards modifications. If you have after market parts in mind, they could be ordered and installed through my friends shop localy, no tax here
