If you buy a new water pump from Asin it comes with a new rear housing.

that's interesting you say that because it doesn't (at least for the 16v rwd 4age). I would know since I bought a new Aisin one. it comes with the gasket to mate to the rear but not the rear piece itself. I had to pay extra for a genuine Toyota unit and that one comes complete...
On a complete side note - someone said they'd sell me just the rear part (used mind you) I'm looking for for 75. lol. this initial d tax is expected but come on... a whole
brand new water pump front and rear sections with gaskets is a little over 100 from Toyota.
